1General Terms & Conditions

X1024 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and betting service provider. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between x1024 and its users ("you" or "member").

2Account Registration and Management

To register an account on x1024, you must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to terminate any account created with false or incomplete details.

Each person may register only one account. Having multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Accounts opened using the same device, IP address, or payment method will be detected automatically.

• The phone number and email address provided during registration must be genuine.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Sharing your account with or allowing others to use it is prohibited.
• Please update your account promptly if any of your details change.
• If you notice any suspicious login activity or unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

3Deposit Policy

Deposits on x1024 must be made using approved payment methods, including Mobile Banking, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

4Withdrawal Policy

To withdraw from x1024, your KYC verification must be completed. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, processing is typically completed within 15 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Winnings from bonuses are subject to the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawal.

• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: BDT 2,00,000.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• A maximum of 5 pending withdrawal requests may be held at any one time.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and is based on the first deposit. The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once. If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided from the account.

The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is publicly disclosed. If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and your stake will be refunded.

7Prohibited Activities

8Responsible Gaming Policy

9Account Closure and Suspension

In disputes regarding game outcomes, the server log records will serve as the final evidence. For financial disputes, the platform's transaction records will be used as the basis for resolution.

• Dispute submission deadline: within 30 days of the relevant incident.
